Supporting Characters

                                                           Lt. Commander Alexis Pinkerton

Not much is known of the young Lieutenant. She grew up in Alaska where she met and knew Wiliiam Riker who helped her apply and pass the Star Fleet academy. During the "Feral Worf" Story she took over at ops where she quite excelled at the mission.

                                                                    Ensign Robin Lefler

Starfleet engineer serving aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D in 2368, and the compiler of Lefler's Laws. Both her parents served in Starfleet.
Lefler had a brief romance with Wesley Crusher, and was instrumental with Crusher in preventing the Enterprise crew from falling prey to an addictive computer game.

                                                                              "Q"
One of their kind, dubbed "Q," has several times been an intruder amid human affairs, providing taunts and so-called tests especially for the Starfleet crews of Jean-Luc Picard and Kathryn Janeway. His visits have changed the Q's perception of humanity from that of savages to the tamer "unusual creatures" that in time will not be so limited and will in fact surpass the Q — thanks to the quality of "human compulsion." Humans have twice affected Q affairs: when Janeway decided the suicide issue and helped end the Q civil war.
